• Negotiation and drafting of construction and other development contracts for office building, regional shopping center and high-end residential properties.
• Outside real estate counsel for a Fortune 100 company responsible for asset purchases and sales totaling more than $25 billion (in current dollars).
• Leasing of over 2 million square feet of office space in Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boca Raton, Chicago and Irvine, California.
• Negotiation of anchor leases with big box retailers and national department store chains.
• Sale of hotel, office building and nursing home properties for an international investor in a 3 state area.
• Leasing and turn-key construction of 5 start up banks in the District of Columbia.
• Refinancing of major Las Vegas hotel/mixed-use project.
